When you register for a program, we collect the participant's name, age, and a parent/guardian's name, email, and phone number, in order to manage class registration, communicate about your booking, and maintain records required for insurance and safety purposes. We do not sell or share this information with third parties, except as required by law or necessary to operate our registration and communication systems. Photos are only used publicly where photo consent has been given at registration. Contact us at archery@sarahking.ca to request a copy of your information or ask that it be removed from our records.
Birchwood Archery maintains active CGL and Coaches insurance with Lloyds of London and with Archery Canada, with a "general liability coverage for its programs and activities".
